1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI CardVault, a CRM application developed and maintained by Techify Solutions Pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the AI CardVault service.

2. Definitions

  • “User”, “You”, and “Your” refer to any individual or organization using the AI CardVault application.
  • “Content” means all data, information, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded or inputted by the User.
  • “Service” refers to the AI CardVault application and any associated services provided.

3. Eligibility

You represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is in compliance with all applicable laws.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.
  • You agree not to use AI CardVault for any unlawful purpose or to transmit any material that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

5. Content Ownership and Usage

  • You retain all ownership rights to your Content.
  • By uploading or inputting Content into AI CardVault, you grant us a limited license to host, use, store, reproduce, and process your Content as required to provide the services.
  • You confirm that you have all necessary rights to upload/input such Content, and that doing so does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
  • We will never use your Content for purposes other than those outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Data Privacy

  • Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated into these Terms.
  • Your data is private and accessible only to you and authorized personnel.
  • We do not sell or share your data without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party vendors to host or process parts of the service, including payment processing and cloud hosting. These providers may have access to your data only to the extent necessary to perform their functions and are bound by similar confidentiality obligations.

8. Account Termination and Data Retention

  • You may cancel your account at any time. However, some residual data may remain in our backups or logs for legal, operational, or audit purposes.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using the service in a manner that could harm others.

9. Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of AI CardVault at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the service.

10. Cookies and Device Information

We may use cookies and collect device identifiers to improve your experience and customize the service. You consent to our use of such technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for using secure networks and connections when accessing the service.

12. Limitation of Liability

AI CardVault and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid (if any) for accessing the service in the past 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI CardVault, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service or your breach of these Terms.

14. Legal Disclosures

We may disclose your information to comply with legal obligations or in response to valid legal processes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

16. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. You will be notified of any material changes by email. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
