AI CardVault is an initiative of AI CardVault (IC Business Unit) and was developed by Techify Solutions Private Limited. Techify Solutions Pvt Limited has its registered address at 716, Binori Bsquare, 3, Sindhubhavan Rd, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380054 (India). In this policy, both the Techify Solutions Pvt Ltd (IC Business Unit) team and the Techify Private Solution Ltd team are referred to as AI CardVault.

The AI CardVault is a CRM offered by Techify Solutions Pvt Ltd to empower sales and marketing teams with real-time lead updates. AI CardVault transforms Techify Solutions Pvt Ltd’s lead management processes, storing all lead information in a structured manner. The system categorizes and prioritizes leads based on source, sales funnel stage, and potential value, allowing teams to focus on high-priority leads.

This policy (“Policy”) describes how the AI CardVault application handles the information and data you provide to us, how AI CardVault collects, uses, and/or shares it. AI CardVault shall make every endeavour to protect your information as per practices consistent with applicable law.

The data that you upload to AI CardVault is private and visible to you and authorized personnel only. AI CardVault does not allow any other user to view such data without permission.

Your use of AI CardVault and services offered by AI CardVault will involve you in uploading and/or inputting various contents into AI CardVault, which may include, but are not limited to, you. AI CardVault assumes that all the Content uploaded/inputted by you onto AI CardVault shall be legally obtained and that you have all the rights to upload/input the same onto AI CardVault. AI CardVault shall not be responsible for any claims of whatsoever nature to uploading/inputting the Content and using the same as per the terms of the Policy and/or as per the standard terms and conditions for use of AI CardVault (“Terms for Use”).

AI CardVault shall use the Content for the following purpose :
(a) To provide you services: AI CardVault shall use the Content to enable you to connect with your customers by using AI CardVault. All the services that may be provided by AI CardVault shall use the Content.

(b) To improve customer service: Content helps the AI CardVault team to respond to customer service more efficiently. AI CardVault shall therefore be using the Contents for providing customer service requests and support needs.

(c) To send periodic communication: AI CardVault team may use the Content to ask for feedback and/or inform you or your customer about product news and opportunities. In any such communication, AI CardVault will always provide a method to opt out of future communications.

(d) To personalize your experience: The Content helps AI CardVault to better respond to your individual needs and therefore AI CardVault may use the Content in responding to your needs To maintain, protect and/or improve our services and develop new ones: AI CardVault may also use the Content to maintain, protect and/or to improve its services and also to develop new services based on the Content.

(e) In addition to the above, AI CardVault may need to disclose the Content and/or information about your activities as an user when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, whether in the Indian or other jurisdictions, or if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (1) investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities or to assist government enforcement agencies; (2) enforce the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use (or any other agreements entered into by you with AI CardVault), investigate and defend AI CardVault against any third-party claims or allegations, or protect the security or integrity of AI CardVault’s services; and/or (3) exercise or protect the rights, property, or safety of AI CardVault, its members, users, personnel, or others. AI CardVault may attempt to notify you about legal demands for their personal information when appropriate in AI CardVault ‘s judgment, unless prohibited by law or court order or when the request is an emergency. In light of AI CardVault’s principles, AI CardVault may dispute such demands when AI CardVault believes, in AI CardVault ‘s discretion, that the requests are overboard, vague, or lack proper authority, but does not commit to challenge every demand.

AI CardVault needs your permission to do things like hosting the Content, creating back-ups for it, and sharing it when required by you. AI CardVault ‘s services also provide you with various features. These features may require AI CardVault ‘s systems to access, store, and scan the Content. Where you permit AI CardVault to do such actions, your permission is also deemed to be given to AI CardVault’s affiliates, if any, and trusted third parties AI CardVault engages with.

AI CardVault may use the services of certain trusted third-party service providers for hosting the service or processing payments of paid members. Such service providers may have access to your information; however, they can use your information only for the limited purpose of providing the service AI CardVault has contracted with them to provide. AI CardVault shall try to see to it that such service providers also have a data security and privacy policy that is at least as protective of your information as is in this Policy. AI CardVault may also store your Personal Information in locations outside the direct supervision of AI CardVault (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers).

When you use the service, AI CardVault’s servers begin to automatically record certain information in their server logs. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol (i.e. IP) address, browser type, referring / exit pages, your phone number, type of and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, mobile carrier, date, time, and duration of your visit, information about the computer set-up such as the type and version of web browser, operating system, Java support, Flash version, screen resolution, and connection speed and other such information.

Your use of AI CardVault services may generate “cookies”. AI CardVault may use such “cookies” to collect information and observe and improve its services or to increase its functionality and user-friendliness. AI CardVault may use “persistent cookies” to save your session ID for future logins to the service, such as for the purpose of remembering your user name when you return to the service, as well as to help AI CardVault understand how you interact with / use the AI CardVault service, etc.

AI CardVault will retain the Content for as long as your account is active or as needed by us to provide you with the services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that AI CardVault be deleted, you may delete your account. However, the Content stored in AI CardVault servers and back-ups may continue to remain on the server of AI CardVault.

If you use the AI CardVault using a mobile device, AI CardVault may collect the information contained in your device’s “device identifier,” such as the type of device being used, the mobile network, the operating system of your mobile, your mobile number, etc. This information may be used by AI CardVault for the purpose of customizing the services to suit your device for your ease and convenience.
If AI CardVault is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any third party to which AI CardVault transfers or sells its assets shall be entitled to continue to use your Personal Information and other information collected by AI CardVault under this Policy.

This Policy may be changed by AI CardVault from time to time. If AI CardVault makes a change to this Policy that AI CardVault believes adversely reduces your rights, AI CardVault will provide you with notice of such changes to your email. AI CardVault may provide notice of changes in other circumstances as well. By continuing to use the service after those changes have become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Policy.

Your Profile Information and Content are yours, and AI CardVault does not own or use them, except for situations required for providing you with the services in an efficient manner, and as is set out in this Policy. Where AI CardVault or its agents collect non-public personal information from you, reasonable steps will usually be taken to protect such information in transmission. However, there may be situations when such information cannot be completely protected. Please note that unless the connection is specifically indicated as being secure by AI CardVault or by AI CardVault’s agents, or you are otherwise informed of the security of your information, you should assume that the connection is not secure and that it is possible for outside parties to unauthorizedly intercept the information shared by you and AI CardVault during that part of the session.
